1976    – United Foods Ltd was established in Dubai by a few prominent UAE nationals.

1979    – Started  operation of edible oil refinery and hydrogenation plant.

1993    – Started Abu Dhabi sales office.

1994    - Became Public Share holding Company and name was amended to United Foods Company (PSC)

1994    - Butter & Margarine plant started production

2002    -  HACCP  Certification. (A state-of-the-art preventive approach to safe food production)

2004    - ISO 9001 – 2000 Certification. (Better quality for greater customer satisfaction.)

2005    - ISO 14001:2004  Certification. (Environment-friendly operations.)

2004    - Celebrated Silver Jubilee.

2005    -  Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award for  Export Performance.

2006    – New Refinery started production in Jabel Ali

2006    - Listed in Dubai Financial Market
